2. Refunds
Because our services are customized and involve time and resources dedicated to each client, refunds are generally not available once the agreed services have been substantially completed and delivered.A refund may be considered if: Mackzen LLC is unable to complete the agreed services;The delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed scope and cannot reasonably be corrected; or A duplicate payment was made in error. Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
3. Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation before project completion. If work has already commenced, the client may be responsible for payment for services performed, work completed, and any applicable third-party expenses incurred.Cancellation after completion and delivery does not automatically qualify the client for a refund.
4. Revisions & Additional Work
Mackzen LLC will reasonably address material issues that are inconsistent with the agreed scope of work. Requests for additional features, redesigns, modifications, or services outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Mackzen LLC directly regarding any billing or service concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Mackzen LLC reserves the right to provide relevant agreements, invoices, communications, project records, and delivery documentation to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.6.
